Yes, Please!

The Ubiquitous Mr. Wein

Len Wein’s death, last week, affected me on a very personal level.  More than any of the other recent deaths from industry legends.  I didn’t bother to eulogize Mr. Wein because others did it more effectively than I could have.  His numerous credits and awards were well documented.  Everyone knows he was the co-creator of Wolverine, Swamp Thing and many of the second wave of X-men.  There is no point in me rehashing all of that. Snyder Steps Down After Personal Tragedy

The news broke today that producer, writer and director of the upcoming Justice League movie, Zack Snyder, along with his wife, producer Deborah Snyder, will be stepping down from completion of the film after a family tragedy. In the last couple of months, the Snyders have been working with director/writer of Marvel’s The Avengers, as well as the upcoming Batgirl movie, Joss Whedon to complete the Justice League film.
